Appointments and Cancellations

To schedule, cancel, or modify an appointment, kindly reach out to our customer service line. Our customer service staffs are available to assist over the phone from Monday-Friday 8.00AM to 5:00PM. If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you please notify us as soon as possible to make the next earliest available appointment.

Strictly No Refunds are available during and after the treatment as you will be given complete & concise information about the treatment prior to deciding to go ahead.


Credit cards, debit cards & cash are acceptable modes of payment. For Cheques, personal or company are not acceptable. Payment must be made in full at the end of each session. Credit is not acceptable.
